Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never store card numbers)

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide and improve Excellent CV:

Generating, storing, and exporting your resumes
Providing AI-powered feedback through our configured AI provider
Sending transactional emails (confirmation, billing receipts) via Resend
Processing subscription payments and managing your account tier
Improving our templates, AI models, and overall user experience

Third-Party Services

We share data only with the sub-processors necessary to operate the platform:

Supabase — database hosting and authentication
AI feedback provider — resume feedback processing (resume text only, no PII beyond what you include)
Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email delivery
Vercel / cloud hosting — application infrastructure

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and resumes are permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.
